In this first episode I share the first of 3 chapters of my own story so you can have context for who I am and why I started this show. I talk about my experience growing up with anxieties and insecurities, and how I bottled it up and kept it all inside until it got to a point that I needed to reach out for help. Ultimately, I share the story of a great tragedy that led me to discover Mindfulness and set me on a path of discovery and fulfillment.
