In Episode 15, Mike and Nate, along with special guest Kate Bosman, an expert in Employee Experience development, discuss Chapter 16 of the IT Survival Guide.   6. Which areas should IT prioritize in the first year to impact the employee lifecycle most effectively, and what technology solutions are critical to implement?
  7. What cultural and role adjustments within IT are necessary to adopt an employee-centric mindset regarding the lifecycle?
  8. How can IT and HR evolve their responsibilities to better partner to enhance the lifelong employee experience?
  9. Reflect on your own onboarding experiences and the impact of IT support on your transition, and suggest improvements.
