If you have a property that you rent out for short stays to people (you know, like Airbnb) then one of the biggest problems, pains and headaches is access to the property!
Maybe you don't have that but you have an elderly relative who needs to let people in to the property such as carers and you live miles away.
Or perhaps you need to let a neighbour in to the house whilst you are away.
Whatever the situation the question is always: How do you give them a key?
It is possibly THE biggest day-to-day headache for many of us.
What do you do?
Key safe on the wall?
Wait for them to turn up and give them the key?
Fly back from your holiday to let someone in?!
If you have given someone a key, how do you get the key back from them?
How do you let maintenance or cleaners in?
The list of problems with keys - lost, broken, copied(!!), locksmiths, loads of keys, wrong keys, key management, security, time, travel, frustration, stress, etc is a real issue.
