Patch Charron was fascinated by live production. He loved both the creative and technical aspects of lighting. So he spent time working on tours and learning the ropes. But live production is a tough and exhausting life. He hit a point where he knew he was done and ready for a change.
He met someone willing to give him his time and advice about the next steps in his career. That one person changed the trajectory of his life. Patch started in a help desk job and learned from there.
