Early in her career, Caitlin gained experience in advertising agencies, sales, consulting, and more before landing her role at Pinterest. Throughout this conversation, Caitlin talks about her journey post grad, what her day to day looks like, ways to stay up to date with industry trends, networking tips, and more.
