048: Ukraine 2014 - 2022 and What We Can Learn
Manage episode 389426371 series 3537613
In this episode, I chat about the tension surrounding Ukraine currently and where the current unrest comes from, looking back to the 2014 Ukrainian revolution, how it escalated, what patterns we can see in these events, how state violence is so easily normalized, how a government can ‘legalize’ tyranny and much more on the evolution of the Ukrainian conflict in the 8 years it’s been raging, and what all this means as it relates to present day tensions between NATO, the US and Russia over Ukraine. I also answer listener questions!
