In the second segment, the latest numbers on COVID-19, and why numbers may be ticking up in the upper-midwest and the northeast, followed by the continued surge in vaccinations across the country. He also talks about the 60 Minutes segment on the origins of the COVID-19 virus. Finally, the light item segment is devoted to the most important story of all: the boat stuck in the Suez Canal.
