- Self-Honesty and Awareness: True growth requires seeing reality without delusion. Green Tara emphasizes the importance of self-honesty, self-awareness, and acceptance of reality to genuinely evolve spiritually.
- Loving-Kindness and Boundaries: We can only extend compassion to others once we cultivate it within ourselves. Discernment and boundaries are also essential, especially with those who violate or challenge our inner peace.
- Fear, Action, and Third Eye: Overcoming fear is key to acting on what we truly desire. Developing an open third eye allows us to accept reality fully, and take proactive steps toward creating a life aligned with our true self.
