Anthony is joined by his college professor Janet Ferrell Leontiou who has a PhD in Rhetoric and specializes in the teachings of the Ancient Greeks and Viktor Frankl. This will be the first in the three part bonus series.
In this first episode, Janet & Anthony talk at length about falling in love with the process vs obsessing over the goal and dedicating yourself to the work completely. They discus success and the way obstacles and failures shape our growth, and the way adversity strengthens our moral character and fortitude. They bounce ideas of what 'greatness' is and how it is developed through dedication and process and by consistently showing up and putting the work in.
