The women of the world are saying, enough, and are rising up to end the imbalance. The democratic primaries, St Germain claims, are one sign of this. Though all viable women candidates for president have dropped out of the primary race, St Germain says the feminine energy will play major roles in the next Democratic administration as well as in state and local governments.
