Kim is joined by Scott Weiser who has written a new piece for Complete Colorado about the Alamosa Education Association's collective bargaining agreement with the Alamosa School District (tinyurl.com/y68hzq6k). The agreement may well be contrary to Supreme Court’s Janus decision. Tariffs on steel imported from China and Mexico have been getting a lot of attention. Recently, the Trump administration has levied duties of up to 141% on Chinese structural steel and up to 31% on Mexican structural steel. Why? And what about the history of American Steel over the past few decades?
