n the 26th October 2021 the Northern Land Council (NLC) held a meeting Doomadgee QLD to distribute "royalty funds" paid from a yet to be determined source to people connected to the Waanyi Garwa Land Trust in the Northern Territory.....My mother Noreen George and her big sister Estelle George have lived on the Waanyi Garawa Land Trust for over 40 years, but they were excluded along with their children from all proceedings due to their opposition to URANIUM Mining of 'Sacred Sites and any URANIUM mining on the Waanyi Garawa Land Trust!
