2017 was a challenging year for me. Here in this audio I reviewed the year, talking about the series I had written on establishing a firm foundation. I had not yet made my diagnosis public, but in this post I speak in general terms about what I had learnt through the time I had spent in hospital and being unable to be fully healthy.
