Meet "serial job sharers" Rhiannon Clapperton and Lisa Watch. What does that even mean? "Serial Job Sharers." Well they've shared not just one, two, but three jobs together at three different companies,and twice were hired together as a pair for a new role!
Today, they are co-Directors of Communications and External Affairs managing a team together and reporting into the CEO at Kinship - a charity for kinship carers to children. Together they are a great example of the potential of job sharing for people and companies, and they answer many of the questions people ask us at Roleshare around the questions "how do people actually job share"
