Somebody who's been working for me for a couple of years now said he resigned from his previous company because his boss used to fire him and then re-employ him and fire him again and re-employ him.
All based on how he was feeling that day and to me, that's literally not a good way of leading a team because you create a gap between yourself and that team member and they're never going to trust you again.
