Meet Kelsey, owner of Bungee Fit (a bungee fitness studio) in Wichita, KS. Born and raised in Andover, college volleyball player at WSU, and now business owner - she has a true love for this city. Most would describe Kelsey as a fun, outgoing, energetic, and bubbly person. Her presence is known and felt in every room she walks into!
Kelsey has changed the lives of hundreds through her fitness program at Bungee Fit by providing a space for not only fun fitness, but a strong and tight knit community. Today’s episode uncovers layers of Kelsey most do not know. It involves loss, it involves sadness, but most of all, it is a friendly reality check on perspective, mindset, and willingness to smile through it.
