The athletic arena is frequently portrayed as a realm of unwavering determination, with winners and losers vying for medals and trophies. Amid these iconic images, we tend to overlook that it constitutes yet another type of workplace. Here, neurodivergent individuals encounter the same array of opportunities and challenges as in any other professional setting.
