This week we share an interview with Shani Nottingham, the founder of The Breadtag Project. Shani took a simple everyday item and decided to make art with it. But in a bid to discover more, she found opportunities to do better in education, awareness building, campaigning, activism and closing the waste loop. This simple creative project has helped to implement change right across the world.
