A guide to a simple meditation technique. By the way, one key element I forgot to mention is CONSISTENCY. It is way more beneficial to meditate 5 minutes a day, every day, than to meditate for 12 hours straight and never do it again. whatever time in silence you can handle, just do it once every day and it will work wonders in your life.
