In this message Pastor Dom talks about the importance of finding your tribe. Research is showing us the connection between loneliness and depression and anxiety. In a society which is more committed to the deconstruction of community than ever we must understand that we were made by community (God) and we were made for community (God and People). By looking at an episode from the life of David, Dom looks at three areas where we need community connection to help us overcome the feeling of loneliness and thus resist the grip of depression and anxiety.
