We bomb around in his converted golf buggy, and take a deep dive into the gardening world of mulching, manuring, permaculture techniques and chicken care. He’s done a fair amount of deep thinking on it all: the life of an island farmer, and his place to care for the land, and the beautiful connection with the land and his family.
