This episode we are joined (while recording in his office) by the master distiller of Gin, Whiskey and more Mikko Mykkänen from Helsinki Distilling co. We have a nice discussion on the distillery, the only one in Helsinki at the moment, the business of distilling spirits and in general about Gin and Whiskey. Nice discussion as usual where we are still learning new things about distilling even after few episodes on the topic.
