BEST BITS
- ‘Overcoming things in the gym helps you overcome things in life - it helps you achieve things and understand that you ‘can’, and that will translate over to your professional life.’
- ‘It’s so powerful to block time out of your day to focus on what it is that you need to get done.’
- ‘Experiences with your family don’t have to be expensive. It’s just important that you make the time to spend with them and prioritise that in your diary.’
- ‘Have a bulletproof day. Start your day off the way you want to, but also end it the way you want. And then you stick to that because - if you know it works - why wouldn’t you?!’
