This episode is a raw and honest account of the current NSW/Victorian border closure situation and the impacts the tight new restrictions are having on rural and regional communities. Podcast co-hosts Christy, Katrina and Leonie all live in border town communities along the Murray River and have watched their much-loved riverside townships unravel into chaos as a result of the NSW Government's new border control measures - many of which are unworkable, poorly thought out and disproportionate to the risk. In this episode, they discuss the feelings of despair, confusion, disappointment and division their communities are collectively experiencing, as well as the emerging stories of kindness, generosity and unity that are giving people hope during these challenging times.
