My guest Matt O’Neill is on a mission to spread the knowledge of the importance of good moods. Yes – that’s correct! Do you know how impactful a good mood can be to your life? Matt faced many challenges when he was growing up, from a father’s absence to limited financial resources. He is a husband and father of four who has established and managed multiple businesses. And he knows and understands the demands of life as well as how to survive when a business is facing financial struggles. More importantly, he is a walking testament to the power of choosing good moods no matter what adversities he has faced.
