His adept recruiting facilitated players' transitions to Division I and other collegiate levels. Leveraging experience from Appalachian State University and University of Minnesota, Bender excels in coaching, operations, and leadership platforms. Committed to basketball excellence and holistic player development, he balances his career with family life alongside wife Kristi and daughter Livi.
