This episode will discuss judicial corruption and what must be done by the President, the Senate and local Governments to address justice reform. We cannot pretend that we do not have a problem in this Country when we can buy and sale judges - justice - at any price. Not a problem? Then, why did our U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg address a need for reform concerning the money involved in electing judges, and even went as far as saying that it remains one of the most pressing concerns facing the American court system? From local to federal appointments judicial corruption is a critical issue and as long as judges are for sale then, we do not have justice and there will never be reform. Judicial corruption is not limited to finance, we have judges who purchase drugs from dealers and sex from underaged children as well as victims of human trafficking and child sexual exploitation. We have judges sale justice - outcomes - of cases. Every sector of the electoral process is subject to term limits and campaign financing management except the role of judges in America. A corrupt judiciary means a corrupt prosecutor and corrupt prosecutor means corrupt police - so when we question why some police act without regard of human rights and constitutional safeguards, look to the Magistrate court who signed the warrant, the prosecutor who will prosecute the case and the judge who will issue the sentence. The same is true in a civil matter. There lies the problem!
