The Post Trauma gents welcome friend, training partner and teammate John, JP, Kelly. JP shares his story of serving in the military, experiences in Afghanistan, challenges coming home and his path toward healing. We talk about his experiences with Jiu Jitsu, a veterans hockey program and his work serving the veteran community. JP brings a powerful perspective and infectious positivity. It's always a great day when he's on the mats and we were stoked to have him join us. Also, Pete and JP became friends because they're sexy.
