Today we have Juliet Starrett, a former white water rafting world-champion, entrepreneur, bestselling author, attorney, athlete, and podcaster. She is a former co-founder and CEO of San Francisco Crossfit and co-founder of the nonprofit stand-up kids. She is also the co-founder and CEO, along with her husband, Doctor Kelly Starrett, of the fitness website, The Ready State. She and her husband have changed the discussion around mobility, longevity, and work with world-class athletes, Navy Seals, and Olympians.
