One of the biggest tripping hazards in real estate is that our results will always lag far behind our lead gen efforts. If we’re not working the pipeline, everything will seem fine in the present, but turn bleak months later.

That’s why it’s so easy to get complacent and take our foot off the gas.

Top producing agents who do massive numbers never stop filling the pipeline. They treat everyday like day zero in business. Instead of getting complacent, they are obsessed with maintaining the same level of effort every single day. Because of the glamor real estate is associated with, it’s easy to forget about the importance of the grind, and that can take you out of business fast.
