Many people are stuck believing things about romantic relationships that simply are not true - things like every relationship is meant to live "happily ever after." This cannot be further from the truth. Relationships are tools meant to help us learn valuable lessons. How long they last isn't an indication of their success. It's what they teach us that matters!

In this episode, Ali and Tiarra discuss some of these relationship distortions and dive into even more tricky relationships situations - such as when two people share a deep attraction but are in relationships with others. How do you navigate something like this? Is it worth destroying another relationship? The ladies share their own stories around these and other complicated relationship situations, and delve into why they leave us feeling so conflicted and what you can do about it.
