How to Tell If Your Business Is SECRETLY Affecting Your Mental Health

Why is it when we break a bone, we go to the hospital to get the help we need but when we’re struggling with our mental health, we feel ashamed to ask for help?

Or, why is it we train our body but we never train our mind?

In this episode, I talk about the importance of controlling your thoughts and taking up daily rituals (yoga, meditation etc.), so that mental health won’t consume us.

I also talk about some of my own personal struggles and how I’ve unfortunately lost a few friends to mental health along the way.

If you’re going through a difficult time right now and not sure where to look, please do reach out to family and friends, or seek professional help - and remember, it takes courage and bravery to admit you are not ok and need to ask for help.
