In this episode, I talk with Steve Hart, who is the founder and CEO of Property Management Inc (PMI) based in Lehi, Utah. Steve and his partner Christopher Layton started PMI in 2008 and today have over 425 franchise locations around the United States and a few international locations. Steve shares his story about how they got started in property management and how they have built four pillars of opportunity for franchisees in residential, commercial, short-term, and association management with their franchise brand. Steve shares why he feels that PMI has grown so widely across the country and why property management is such an appealing opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs.
