Hello and welcome to The Healthy Investor Podcast! Today, Bob shares a conversation with Matt Damon about investing in multifamily properties, having side hustle, and winning and having success but still taking the time to stay healthy physically and mentally. Matt seeks multiple pieces of advice from multiple different people and tries to keep the scope to just the things that are going to be most profitable. He also shares that you got to figure out where you are going to add the most value quickly that an end buyer is going to seek. In one of his projects, they promised their investors that they would return a significant portion of their capital back and estimated that to be like 40 to 50% within a year.
