Wanting to feel better is great.
With Functional Fitness, though, it's especially easy to get carried away. But at the core (yes pun) it’s a community and one that many of us didn’t know we deserved or needed. Even if you're already fit, you can still improve your perception of stress and how you perform in it.
Mr. Kim has taught so many that there’s a balance between our motivation and the effort we feel, which can be altered by anything from self-talk to caffeine. Physical limits are governed by the brain. With simple and consistent changes, we can alter those limits. We can take ownership of our lives and move forward.
This week we got the opportunity to sit down the one and the only Steven Kim.
