With nearly a decade of experience across six countries, Caterina Manzi specializes in intercultural communication and inclusive practices. Holding a MSc in International Relations and an MBA in Food & Wine, her career spans roles from NGO project management in eSwatini and Angola to consulting on innovation and sustainability in Italy.
Caterina Manzi combines her hands-on experience with a deep sense of empathy, creating spaces where diverse voices thrive and organizations unlock their true potential. Fluent in multiple languages, she offers EDI training in Italian, English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, dancing with her husband, and cuddling her cats.
