In our Western society, where performance and easy and fast success are nearly a cult, we hear oversimplifications of reaching that success, which leaves driven leaders questioning their competencies, adaptability to our times, and willpower.
So let's explore here:
- why is fast success so attractive in our society?
- why are we attracted to it?
- can you be driven and ambitious and take some time to enjoy life (and if so, how?)
