Halloween is gone and passed and now we are looking at ending the year on a strong foot! As Kaci shares in this episode the holidays can be a slippery slope down the path you were not wanting to go! From more sick days happening to more travel plans and vacations, it can be easy to let one thing, slip into another, into another until all of the sudden you have lost momentum entirely and now you have to start it all again!
It is so important that even if you are moving things around, working less days, or working more days… to keep a plan in place so that you are still able to serve your people well and show up for your family presently without worrying about the big deadlines or feeling like you are falling behind! We cover all of this and more in this episode– check it out!

Main topics covered in this episode:
- How to create as much of a plan as possible for when things don’t go exactly as you plan such as planning for sick days, vacations, and holiday traveling plans.
- Keeping a backup plan at all times, even if it’s as simple as having one gluten, dairy, and allergen friendly frozen pizza in the freezer.
- The importance of staying consistent in some way during the holidays when it sometimes feels like you are the only one working your business.
- The importance of making decisions ahead of time, whether you are deciding to eat cake, take the day off, or work that extra hour… making sure to make that decision ahead of time leaves less room for impulse decisions that fall out of your values/boundaries.
- Honoring vs punishing
