From my early days working in retail and selling activewear brands like Lorna Jane and Nike, to landing a job at Fernwood Fitness during my university days, I'll share how my passion for health and fitness started to take shape.
Fast forward to becoming a social media coordinator, managing influencer partnerships, and navigating the world of Facebook ads, I learned so much along the way.
Throughout it all, my love for health, wellness, and everything in between has remained at the core of my journey.
