In our Research Culture Uncovered conversations we are asking: What is Research Culture and why does it matter?   • What is the UK Researcher Development Concordat and its entitlement of 10 days for career development for postdocs
  • The reasoning behind the expansion of the Concordat’s principles to other cohorts of staff
