She began her career in Dentistry before progressing & evolving to Clinic Supervisor, Operations Manager, Group Chief Operating Officer & Now Group CEO at Medcare. With over 18 years of success, Dr Shanila has extensively contributed to the groups internal culture by inspiring teams through people focused hospital administration. She also serves as a mentor on the Women Leadership program at Aster DM Healthcare.
