Susan Cashdollar joins us to share a really cool project she has been working on – called “Gym Crasher.” Many professionals struggle to find a place where they can get a great workout – especially when traveling for work or on vacation. Susan and Gym Crasher are here to help. Gym Crasher is a community for gym-goers and fitness enthusiasts to discover and shares gyms, equipment, and training ideas.
Susan travels the world and documents all the gyms she’s been to, making it easy for others to quickly find a good gym to train at while on the road. In this episode, she hits on some of her favorite gym's across the U.S. and some of the unique equipment she's trained on.
