Susy Solano is a personal trainer and competing athlete who has dedicated her life to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Growing up, Susy was always active and involved in extracurricular activities like cheer, cross country, and softball. However, after graduating from high school, she found herself at a loss for what to do with herself.

It was then that her boyfriend introduced her to the world of weightlifting and fitness. As she began to take her workouts more seriously, she noticed a positive change in her mental health.

Susy found that she was experiencing fewer episodes of anxiety and felt like she was becoming a better version of herself.

Following her passion for health and wellness, Susy took on various roles in the industry, including working for a vitamin shop, meal prep company, and even as a receptionist at a medical practice.

Despite these diverse experiences, Susy always knew she wanted to be in the health and wellness field, and that she wanted to help others in a greater capacity.

Susy's story is a powerful reminder of the impact that fitness and wellness can have on our mental health. It's not always about looking good on the outside, but also about feeling good on the inside.

And for Susy, that drive to help others and make a positive impact is what has led her to where she is today.
