In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes a comparison of external and internal coaches, the format of coach and the role of coachee job complexity and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice. The study I am discussing in this episode is Jones, R. J., Woods, S. A., & Zhou, Y. (2018). Boundary conditions of workplace coaching outcomes. Journal of Managerial Psychology, 33(7/8), 475-496.
