The pandemic shined a spotlight on a myriad of issues relating to affinity and member benefit programs, the most significant of which is, “what you are offering to your members MUST be unique.” The concept of exclusivity is of paramount importance for associations to see maximum value for program offerings as the digital economy continues to disrupt and shape the way members pursue benefits and offerings that may no longer flow through a membership channel.
