Ilene talks about the marketing process that goes on within the hiring process. Candidates need a resume that shows results and what they have accomplished. Pleas don't lie on your resume. You will be found out.
If you have been out of the work force because you were raising kids, caring for a sick loved one or your spouse gets transferred n a regular, please put that on the resume but also talk about what you did during that time.
