The eighth installment in Secrest Wardle's 2018 Premises Liability Webinar series provides an update regarding the definitions and scope of SASA (Ski Area Safety Act of 1962), RSSA (Roller Skating Safety Act of 1988), Michigan Bowling Center Act, and the Equine Liability Act. Ms. Joyce will discuss immunity provisions under the Acts as well as the use of liability waivers.
