On the 116th episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we chat with food photographer, Mallory Sczygelski. Mallory's Instagram account originally intended to showcase all of Seattle's best spots, but over the last several months, it has now evolved into predominantly a food account around Seattle. Fairly new to the Emerald City, listen in as she discusses food photography and her favorite spots she's recently discovered for takeout and outdoor dining .

In addition, for the first time on our show, we eat and drink foods live on air as we sample several small, local food and drink vendor companies that are available to purchase at Made in Washington stores and their online site. These local companies and their products make great gift ideas for the holidays. Tune in as we sample cookies from Holy Bee's Bakery, teas from Whidbey Tea Company and Capuli Club Edible Teas, almonds from Absolutely Nuts, BBQ sauce from Paunchy Elephant, and so much more.

Also, we got a surprise delivery of Snow Cap Winter Ale from Pyramid Brewing and tell you all about it.

As for what we ate this week, Nelson got sushi rolls the day before Thanksgiving from Musashi Rollhouse and Korean food from the Third Place in Redmond.

Meanwhile, Monica, reintroduced herself to Taqueria El Sabor, Macadons, Moon Cheese, Kizuki Ramen, and Teriyaki Time. She also was in her kitchen working on recipe development using ingredients from D'Vash Date Syrup, Ellenos Greek Yogurt, Seattle Cinnamon Roll, and Bells Pastries.

Thank you so much for listening and we hope you enjoy the latest episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast!
