With almost 20 years of professional and academic experience, Yuvay is a lifelong lover of education and a fierce champion for inclusivity in all endeavors that impact the professional growth of future business leaders (Gen Zs).
Her research interests focus on representation of Blacks, Millennials and Gen Z in advertising and their consumer behavior in the marketplace. And her consulting interests focus on partnering companies with universities to drive experiential learning in the classroom and build pathways for diverse candidates to have access to amazing career opportunities.
