Parker Farabee is a trail runner, physiotherapist, exercise physiologist and coach from Portland, Oregon. In this episode we talk about how to deal with an injury and about cross training and rehab. We will point out and clarify some of the most important things you should do when you get injured, how you can and should maintain consistency in your training, how to cross train, how to establish a recovery protocol, how you should work with your coach and your physio to get healthier and manage the return to running.
